10. A solution to the liking of your IT-support

What's good about Convento: As an MS Office application, it does not require any complex "installation" but can be seamlessly built into the existing Office installation. A simple copying process is all that's needed if you already have Access on your computer system. And if the data must be stored on an SQL database, that's no problem either: Convento works together with Oracle or MS SQL databases. If you want no software at all, "Convento ASP" will provide you with access to the Convento server farm which simply requires Internet access.
